THE YOUNG KNIVES

the young knivesthe young knivesThe Young Knives, otherwise known as Henry Dartnall, his brother Thomas "House Of Lords" Dartnall and Oliver Askew, are renowned for their energetic live performances, and their penchant for smart suits and tweeds. In 2007 their album 'Voices of Animals and Men' reached number 21 in the UK album charts, and earned them a Mercury Prize Nomination.

Paul met the band when they were in Scotland recording tracks for their latest album. After composing string arrangements for two of their tracks, Paul invited the band to come along to the orchestra recording session at Glasgow City Halls.
